READ THIS - Can I cancel at any time?  You can always cancel at any time. FULL DISCLOSURE -  If you signed up for one of our offers your additional box's will be billed and shipped monthly until your subscription period ends.  Then your subscription will be cancelled. We encourage you to work with our support team, as we know things happen,  your satisfaction is guaranteed.  

My dog has allergies, can you cater to this?  Yes upon checkout there is a box to explain allergies and we will make sure your box is shipped correctly.

When do I get my next box?  Your box ships around the anniversary of you 1st box purchased.  Weekends and holidays play a role when your next box ships.  It may be before or after that date.

My box does not look like the pictures?  We pack boxes different every month.  We're a small family owned business and have to buy bulk to make since.  Different breeds and different ages get different things.  This way we can cater to your dog's specific needs. 

Is my information safe?  We do not share your information with anyone outside of our organization.

My dog does not like the product.  What can you do for me?  Email us or message us on facebook and as always we have the best dog subscription box. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy and we will ship a replacement free and quick.

Can I skip a month or do every 3 months?  Sure, just email us or message us on facebook and we can set that up for you.

I have more than one dog now what?  Our offers are for a single box per household.  However you can contact customer service and we can discuss the best options available to suit your needs. 

What if my dog ruins a toy? Let us know within 7 days and we will send out a replacement immediately! 

WE ENCOURAGE SAFETY.  ALWAYS MONITOR YOUR DOGS AS THEY CHEW AND PLAY TO ENSURE THEY ARE SAFE.  SOME DOGS NEED MORE MONITORING THEN OTHERS AS WE TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR UNSAFE USE.
